Website pages can be created from the Main Menu (Project tab > 'Pages' section) or from the Site Explorer, either from the menu bar on top, or from the contextual menu accessible by right clicking on a folder.

  • (A) New File Name: The file name will be used for the HTML files generated by the software and published online. This is the name under which the new page will appear in the site explorer. The file name must be unique and cannot be the same as an existing page, regardless of that file's extension.

  • (B) Page Title: This is important for search engine optimization. This title is what will appear in browser tabs and in search results. Characters with accents should not be used in this field. Titles are limited to 100 characters.

A title is not required upon creation of a page. It can be added or edited at a later time.

  • (C) Linked Layer: When creating a new page, users can directly associate one of the project's page layers. Every aspect of the layer (styles, objects, links, etc.) will be displayed in the background of the newly created page.

Choosing a layer is not required upon creation of a page. It can be linked at a later time.
